Show what makes your club special and what you’re all about. On 2 October 2026, the RheinGalerie Ludwigshafen will be all about community involvement. We warmly invite you to showcase your club and attract new members!
What’s it all about?
Ludwigshafen is a colourful and diverse city, and we want to showcase that. That’s why we’re inviting you to showcase your club at the RheinGalerie free of charge. As well as the RheinGalerie’s customers, we’re expecting interested visitors and participants from around 50 integration courses.
An excellent opportunity for networking and recruiting new members.

How it works
We are providing you with the following free of charge:
- Exhibition space in the Rheingalerie, including a table and tablecloth
- A new, double-sided roll-up banner (B1-certified and suitable for outdoor use), which you are welcome to keep and reuse after the event
- Support with designing the roll-up – either based on your print-ready PDF or we can design it for you (for which we’ll need a few details from you)
- We’ll set up a stage (approx. 25 square metres) for you in the RheinGalerie, including lighting and sound equipment for your programme items. What would you like to present? Dance, music, film, a talk, or a hands-on activity?

Hands-on activities welcome
Larger mobile activities such as a skittles alley, table football, children’s activities or other hands-on activities are also welcome. Simply let us know your idea when you register – we’ll be happy to look into the feasibility of organising it.
