This consultation session is aimed at board members, club managers and volunteers who are seeking support with current issues or wish to find out more about key aspects of running a club.

Jana Hasenberg is a club consultant and software developer. She joined the management team of a large sports club at a young age and went into business for herself with her software, Viossa. She’ll give you an overview of the various club solutions available on the market and answer your questions.

Bring along your questions about data protection obligations, information requirements, technical and organisational risk minimisation, and anything else that comes to mind or affects you.

The expert, Sofia Vester, is the founder of “fix&fertig – Data Protection Support for Civil Society”. She supports clubs, foundations and NGOs with practical advice, tailored training programmes and as an external data protection officer. Thanks to her many years of experience working in and with associations and initiatives, she is familiar with the relevant practical workflows.
