Digital accounting, GoBD and document management
Taxes
Tuesday, 22 September 2026, 5.00 pm – 6.15 pm, online, free of charge. Part of the ‘DSEEerklärt Buchhaltung’ series. Organised by the German Foundation for Civic Engagement and Volunteering for people with little or no prior experience.
Out of the paper file
Many organisations still use paper files or simple Excel spreadsheets – often without realising that this can pose legal problems. GoBD stands for the ‘Principles for the proper management and retention of books, records and documents in electronic form, as well as for data access’. The GoBD also applies, in principle, to charitable organisations. In this webinar, you’ll learn in a practical way what is permitted, what is mandatory, and how to store digital receipts securely and in a traceable manner.
Procedural documentation will be presented as an accessible tool that can also be implemented by small associations.
The webinar is aimed at people with little or no prior experience.
