Digital tools in voluntary work

Thursday, 25 June 2026, 6–8 pm, online, free of charge. Under the theme ‘Simpler organisation, better collaboration’, Markus Horn will be presenting digital tools for voluntary work on behalf of the Rhineland-Palatinate Volunteer Co-ordination Centre.

Organise more easily, collaborate more effectively

Digital tools for voluntary work make organisation easier and team collaboration more efficient. In this workshop, participants will learn about selected applications from the ‘Digital in die Zukunft’ digital toolkit that can be put to immediate use in voluntary organisations. These include, for example, tools for collaborative planning, digital voting and the exchange of information. Practical examples will be used to demonstrate how tasks can be clearly allocated and processes better coordinated. The focus is on easy-to-understand solutions that noticeably ease the day-to-day workload of volunteers. The aim is to use digital tools safely and effectively in order to free up more time for the actual voluntary work.
