Recruiting and training members
Volunteer recruitment
Tuesday, 3 November 2026, 5.00 pm – 6.15 pm, online, free of charge. Part of the ‘DSEEerklärt: Member Retention’ series. Organised by the German Foundation for Civic Engagement and Volunteering.
The start of a fruitful collaboration
Many clubs and organisations want to attract new members and retain them in the long term. In this webinar, we’ll show you how to achieve this. You’ll learn about the relevant context and discover how to gain an overview and analyse both immediate and strategic needs. This will enable you to approach the recruitment of new members in a systematic and structured way. Using the ‘Ferris Wheel’ model developed by the Academy for Volunteering, you’ll learn how to shape the key moments in a volunteer’s membership journey – so that interest turns into a genuine sense of belonging.
This webinar is aimed at people with little or no previous experience in member retention.
