Donations from individual donors are also on the rise in the cultural sector. This is particularly true online. Online fundraising has therefore been growing in importance for non-profit cultural organisations for years. Yet expectations often swing between ‘It won’t make any difference anyway’ and ‘This will save us’. This online seminar provides an overview of online fundraising, what it can achieve, but also the challenges it cannot solve.
