Non-profit organisations are often confronted with specific issues in their day-to-day work where they require professional legal advice: choosing or changing their legal form, amending their articles of association, drafting employment contracts, liability issues or handling personal data. However, they often lack the financial resources to pay for legal advice.

Since early 2018, UPJ Pro Bono Legal Advice has been connecting non-profit organisations and social enterprises with specific legal queries to dedicated lawyers. The law firms offer their advice as part of a pro bono mandate – free of charge and for a limited period. Find out in the online seminar how and in which cases you can benefit from this initiative.
