Making social media efforts measurable

Social media

Tuesday, 6 October 2026, 5.00 pm – 6.15 pm, online, free of charge. Part of the ‘DSEEerklärt Social Media’ series. Organised by the German Foundation for Civic Engagement and Volunteering.

Understanding the impact of social media

Many organisations invest a great deal of energy in social media – yet it often remains unclear whether the effort is really worth it. In this webinar, you’ll learn how to use simple methods to evaluate the KPIs (key performance indicators) that are relevant to you. The DSEE will show you, in a practical way, how to define and make your goals measurable, how to interpret key figures effectively, and how to use the results to develop strategies for using social media in a targeted and effective manner.

The webinar is aimed at people who already have experience of using social media.

Speaker: Massieh Zare

Massieh Zare is the owner of his eponymous political communications agency, based in Berlin.
