Course topic
In this webinar, the DSEE will first show you how to distinguish between legitimate criticism and protest online and a targeted hate attack. You’ll receive strategic guidance on preventative measures for organisations, as well as practical tips for when a backlash does occur. You’ll also gain an insight into supportive moderation of discussions and comments.
The webinar is aimed at people who have already experienced hostility in comments sections.
