Dealing safely with conflicts and challenging situations
How can we better cope with challenging situations in voluntary work? This workshop focuses on collaborative and practical learning.
Using specific situations and experiences from everyday voluntary work, participants will explore and reflect on various possible courses of action together. Role-plays, group work, case studies and joint reflection sessions will help participants apply what they have learnt directly to real-life situations.
The event is part of the workshop series ‘Dealing effectively with conflicts and crises – skills for volunteers’.
