What’s it all about?

This seminar will equip participants with the knowledge they need to successfully plan and implement a merger or amalgamation of associations. They will learn to understand and apply the relevant legal and administrative aspects in the context of a partnership or merger. The various challenges and risks involved in a collaboration or merger will also be discussed.
