Workshop: Shaping the future together – Women and culture on the move!

Women and culture – that’s all of us: women with ideas, life experience, heart and commitment. But how can we shape the future of our association in a vibrant and attractive way? How can we create more space for participation, commitment and fresh ideas? Together, we want to consider how we can actively lead Women and Culture into the future: What issues matter to us? What would we like to change or preserve? And how can we organise our association’s work in a way that is enjoyable and inspires new people?

It’s all about togetherness, participation and the courage to try something new – with fun, ease and plenty of inspiration! Anja Lothschütz, education expert and experienced association practitioner. With experience, heart and humour, she shows how voluntary work can be enjoyable and shape the future – with clear structures, participation and fresh ideas for a vibrant community.

The workshop is open to anyone interested – men too!
