Through the IT platform www.stifter-helfen.de, associations, foundations and non-profit organisations can access software, hardware and expertise from leading IT companies – either free of charge or on special terms. Registration is required.
Was bietet Stifter-helfen für Vereine?
- Software-Spenden & Cloud-Lösungen: Kostenlose oder stark vergünstigte Programme namhafter Hersteller (z. B. Microsoft 365 / Nonprofit-Lösungen, Bitdefender, Personio, Autodesk, Norton, Wix).
- Gebrauchte & generalüberholte Hardware: Günstige PCs, Laptops und Server (u. a. über Partner wie AfB gGmbH).
- Sonderkonditionen: Rabatte auf digitale Werkzeuge (z. B. für E-Mail-Marketing oder Webhosting).
- Wissen und Weiterbildung: Kostenlose Webinare, Workshops und Fachbeiträge rund um Digitalisierung, Datenschutz und IT-Sicherheit in Vereinen.
Wer kann teilnehmen?
- Gemeinnützige Organisationen (eingetragene Vereine, Stiftungen, gemeinnützige GmbHs etc.).
- Die Gemeinnützigkeit muss bei der Registrierung durch einen aktuellen Freistellungsbescheid vom Finanzamt nachgewiesen werden.
- Die Registrierung und Nutzung des Portals sind grundsätzlich kostenfrei; für vermittelte Produktspenden fallen teilweise geringe Verwaltungsgebühren an.

IT donations, special terms and ‘as good as new’ hardware
Refurbished hardware: laptops, PCs and printers at affordable prices – supplied via partners such as AfB gGmbH.

Knowledge and Further Training
As well as hardware and software, the Haus des Stiftens also offers knowledge and training for charitable organisations. There are numerous free webinars, online workshops, one-to-one coaching sessions and themed days on topics such as IT security, data protection, fundraising and communication.
