Consumer Advice Centre’s Articles of Association Generator
Executive Board, Satzung
Using the Consumer Advice Centre’s online tool, you can draw up a bespoke set of articles of association for your club or initiative online.
How it works
The model constitution generator guides you step by step through key issues relating to setting up an association. You select the matters that apply to you or that need to be regulated, and receive or create the relevant text elements. At the end, you can download, save or print your model articles of association. This gives you a useful template that you and your team can build on.
Law on Associations and Voluntary Work
In the Consumer Advice Centre’s online shop, you’ll also find the guide on ‘Association Law and Volunteering’, which you can purchase for €16.90 as a book or for €13.99 as an e-book (accessible) or PDF.
A useful guide for anyone wishing to set up an association. Initiatives and other organisations are also legal entities subject to specific rules. The Consumer Advice Centre’s guide provides an overview of possible legal structures and explains what needs to be taken into account when setting up such organisations.
