Organising the handover process effectively
In this online seminar, we will explore how tacit knowledge – experiences, actions and know-how – can be identified and passed on. You will learn how knowledge transfer processes, mentoring and a culture of learning and sharing can make tacit knowledge visible and quickly usable, and ensure it is continuously passed on in line with the principles of a learning organisation.
Thousands of baby boomers are retiring, taking valuable knowledge, experience and skills with them. How can this treasure be passed on, and to whom? A structured knowledge transfer ensures that experiential knowledge, processes and a culture of learning are preserved, enabling the organisation to respond resiliently to upcoming changes.
