A challenge for the board and the team
When employees feel they are being bullied, the workforce – and managers in particular – are faced with a wide range of issues. As soon as an allegation of bullying is raised, specific dynamics develop almost automatically, involving recriminations, attributions, victim-perpetrator roles and much more.
Bullying is a complex issue under employment law and must be handled with the utmost sensitivity by all those involved. In the context of people management, managers in particular are required to act swiftly and appropriately. But what exactly does that mean?
In order to substantiate an allegation of workplace bullying, complex patterns of behaviour must be demonstrated. This short seminar provides a clearer distinction.
You will receive an initial introduction to the topic, learn what needs to be taken into account when an allegation of workplace bullying is made, and discover what potential consequences may arise.
